Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we're now building on that foundation through a significant staged underground expansion.

At Liontown, a trained, competent and verified workforce is the foundation of safe and efficient operations. As we grow, this role plays a direct part in building it.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Training - Lead, this is a hands-on role keeping our people and contractors competent, confident and safe on site. • Facilitate Permit to Work and isolation training in line with company standards
  • Conduct Verification of Competency on mobile plant and equipment for employees and contractors using our digital Assessor app, resulting in minimal paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and compliant training records in INX Intuition, and schedule training dates and facilities for in-house and external training delivery

  • Develop and review Liontown training and assessment tools
