Liontown is seeking a Training Specialist to keep our Kathleen Valley workforce competent, confident and safe. You will deliver accredited training, verify competency on mobile plant, and maintain training records for on-site operations.

The role focuses on field delivery and classroom training, with a hands-on approach, supporting ongoing development and compliance across processing facilities and site activities.

Qualifications

• Must have: delivery of accredited training and site-appropriate programs.
• Experience conducting competency verification on mobile plant and equipment.
• Proficiency with training records and scheduling in a learning management system.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nationally recognised training and statements of attainment under third-party training agreement with Trainwest.
• Facilitate Permit to Work and isolation training.
• Conduct Verification of Competency on mobile plant for employees and contractors using digital assessor app.
• Maintain accurate training records in INX Intuition; schedule dates and facilities for training delivery.
• Conduct field interactions, Critical Control Verifications and site inspections across processing plant area.
• Support department leaders to identify training needs and schedule priority assessments.
• Develop and review Liontown training and assessment tools.
