Job summary

Anglo American is seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to develop, schedule, and deliver training while meeting corporate and statutory requirements. Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will validate compliance of Coal Mine workers at Capcoal and maintain site inductions.

This permanent, full-time role at Capcoal Mine, Middlemount QLD offers Monday to Friday site work, potential 9-day fortnight, FIFO options, relocation assistance, and a competitive salary with 12%

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/22) or higher.
• Coal mine training experience is preferred.
• Experience with LMS and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Validate training and assessment compliance for coal mine workers at Capcoal.
• Maintain site inductions and deliver inductions to employees and contractors.
• Coach and mentor staff to meet Capcoal Training and Competence Scheme requirements.
• Enforce Training and Competence Scheme and Training Process.
• Review training performance for continuous improvement.
