Qualifications

• Previous mobilisation or recruitment coordination experience within mining, resources, labour hire or construction.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Experience working with compliance documentation, onboarding and workforce mobilisation.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for new staff.
• Schedule and monitor medicals, drug and alcohol testing, training and inductions.
• Manage site-specific compliance requirements and onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with candidates, recruiters, clients and external providers throughout the mobilisation process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is completed.
• Resolve mobilisation issues quickly to minimise delays to project start dates.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment administration as required.
