Job summary

Sabre Engineering Services is seeking a Mobilisation & Compliance Coordinator to join the Brisbane team. The role focuses on onboarding, mobilisation and ongoing compliance for employees and subcontractors across multiple projects in mining, construction and engineering.

You will work closely with Contractor Management and Recruitment teams to ensure workers meet client requirements, have the correct documentation and are ready to start on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobilisation, compliance, onboarding or a similar coordination position.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating worker medicals, inductions and site documentation.
• Confidence communicating with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Good computer skills and experience working with online systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of employees and subcontractors.
• Organise medicals, inductions, training, qualifications and site access requirements.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, licences and competency documentation.
• Monitor outstanding and expiring compliance requirements.
• Liaise with workers, clients, site personnel and internal teams.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and mobilisation logistics where required.
• Maintain onboarding checklists, worker records and internal systems.
• Support contract extensions, assignment changes and demobilisation.
• Identify and resolve potential mobilisation delays before they impact start dates.
• Support the wider Contractor Management and Recruitment teams.

Sabre Engineering Services is looking for a proactive and detail-focused coordinator to join our Brisbane team, supporting workforce mobilisation across mining, construction and engineering projects. About Sabre Engineering Services Sabre Engineering Services is a Queensland-based business providing engineering, project and workforce solutions across the mining and construction industries. With offices in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast, we work closely with clients and contractors to deliver reliable project support. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well and enjoys being part of a supportive team. The Role Working closely with our Contractor Management and Recruitment teams, you'll coordinate the onboarding, mobilisation and ongoing compliance of employees and subcontractors across multiple client sites. About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in mobilisation, compliance, onboarding or a similar coordination position.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating worker medicals, inductions and site documentation.
• Confidence communicating with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Good computer skills and experience working with online systems and databases.
• The ability to work independently, follow up outstanding requirements and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support others.

Previous experience in mining, construction, engineering or labour hire will be highly regarded.
