Techforce Personnel in Brisbane is seeking an organised Coordinator to manage end-to-end mobilisation for high-volume mining recruitment projects. You will coordinate candidates, clients, recruiters, medical providers and training organisations to ensure on-time deployment and site readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous mobilisation or recruitment coordination experience within mining, resources, labour hire or construction.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Experience working with compliance documentation, onboarding and workforce mobilisation.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
