Job summary

Mastermyne in Mackay is seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment and workforce mobilisation across underground mining operations. You will partner with Project Managers and leaders to attract high-quality talent and meet mobilisation timeframes.

You will thrive in a high-volume, project-driven environment, build trusted relationships, influence hiring outcomes, and safeguard the employer brand while delivering positive candidate experiences for long-term business

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment and workforce mobilisation in mining, construction, engineering or related project environments.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and influence hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute talent attraction, sourcing and retention strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management with operational leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation and compliance for large workforces.
• Proficient with recruitment, HR and HSEQ systems; focus on process improvement and data integrity.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks.
