Cyient is seeking a Director of Sales – Mining & Minerals to broaden its presence in the Western Australian mining sector. The role demands deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven ability to originate and close multi-million dollar engagements.

The successful candidate will lead business development, build strategic relationships with operators and EPCs, and drive revenue growth through consultative solutions across engineering, digital, asset management, and Industry 4.0

Qualificações

• 15+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience within Mining & Minerals.
• Proven track record selling engineering and digital transformation solutions to mining customers.
• Proven experience originating and closing deals valued at $10M or more.
• Extensive knowledge of the Australian Mining & Minerals sector, especially WA.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and market penetration across Mining & Minerals in Western Australia.
• Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers and win new business.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support sustained revenue growth.
• Lead proactive deal origination and close large, complex engagements $10M+.
• Develop strategic relationships with mining operators, asset owners, EPCs, and stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships with clients through value-led engagement and account planning.
• Position Cyient's Engineering and Digital solutions to address operational and business objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships with decision-makers across target accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive cross-selling and upselling.
