TRS Staffing Solutions seeks a Business Development Manager - Mining to drive regional growth, expand market presence, and strengthen partnerships with key mining clients.

Based in Australia (Perth or Melbourne), you will develop regional growth strategies, identify opportunities, and build long-term partnerships to deliver value in the mining sector, leveraging an established industry network and regional know-how.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience within the mining industry.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience in the mining subsurface domain and the ability to identify and convert customer needs into business opportunities.
• Deep understanding of regional mining markets, industry stakeholders, competitors, and pricing models.
• Established industry network with the ability to leverage relationships to create new revenue opportunities.
