Salesforce is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (Existing Business) to own a portfolio of fast-growing Fin customers and drive revenue expansion, retention, and loyalty. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying role managing a book of business (~50 accounts).
• 3+ years selling SaaS solutions in complex environments.
• Proven success navigating procurement processes and influencing enterprise-level decision-makers.
• Experience selling AI-powered products with ability to translate tech into customer value.
• Track record of overachievement in revenue growth and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers; drive revenue expansion, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Engage with executives and operators to uncover pain points, position AI-driven solutions, and tie Fin's platform to business impact.
• Design and execute territory strategies that go beyond maintenance; target upsell, cross-sell, and multi-unit expansion with data-backed plans.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into product innovations and GTM alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics showing growth stories: retention, adoption, and platform expansion.
• Invest in team excellence through mentoring peers and sharing winning plays.
