Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join the IT Services team for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes across Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS, Group Policy, Intune, and VMware.

You'll provide hands-on support, implement projects, and act as an escalation point, ensuring secure, high-performing environments while collaborating with customers and stakeholders for

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the IT services industry, ideally within an MSP environment.
• 4+ years hands-on experience supporting: Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS and Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical expertise across a broad range of Microsoft technologies.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for complex issues and support migrations, upgrades, and projects.
• Ensure customer environments remain secure, available, and high performing; create and maintain technical documentation.
