Qualifikationen

• Structured training or change adoption program design experience.
• B2B technology, service delivery, or customer success background.
• Strong project execution with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging training programs across M365, Copilot, Intune, and Surface devices.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers to maximise Microsoft tech value.
• Manage Surface Hub trial program and build repeatable adoption packages.
• Partner with Customer Success and Microsoft sales to address low-consumption workloads.
• Create standardized Statements of Work (SOWs) and leverage Microsoft funding programs (ECIF).
