Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to drive technology enablement across our national network. You will design and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, automation tools, and AI agents training, guiding staff through new workflows and change processes.

You'll bridge people, processes and tools, contribute to national AI strategy, run webinars and create playbooks, while partnering with divisions to ensure adoption aligns with business needs and delivers measurable

Qualifications

4+ years of IT or digital skills training in a corporate or professional services environment.
Strong written communication and ability to produce engaging training content.
Designing end-to-end business process training, not just systems usage.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and core systems.
Develop and maintain enablement materials: guides, videos, use cases, tips.
Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, and Communities of Practice.
Support adoption with structured change management practices.
Evaluate new technologies and AI tools (Copilot, Claude).
Contribute to national AI strategy, pilot project design, stakeholder input.
Identify tools aligning with firm-wide digital transformation goals.
Partner with staff across divisions to ensure adoption meets needs.
Provide updates on performance, releases, and roadmap changes.
Monitor trends and track user feedback; act as central contact for support.
