Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to drive technology enablement across our national network. You will design and deliver training for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform, developing enablement materials and leading webinars to drive adoption.

This role combines people, process, and tools, focusing on measurable value through change management, AI tools, and a national strategy. Willingness to travel interstate is required.

Qualifications

• Essential Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification.
• Desirable Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other core systems.
• Develop and maintain enablement materials, including guides, use cases, videos, and digital tips.
• Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, and internal Communities of Practice.
• Support adoption efforts through structured change management practices.
• Evaluate and test new technologies and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
• Contribute to national AI strategy, including pilot project design and stakeholder input.
