Job summary

RSM Australia is hiring a Technology Adoption Specialist to drive technology enablement across the national network. You will design and deliver training for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform, while developing guides, videos, and tips to support adoption.

You will lead webinars and collaborate with teams to align with digital transformation goals. The role requires 4+ years of IT/digital training experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel interstate for onsite support

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT or digital skills training in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Ability to design end-to-end training aligned to business processes and workflows.
• Strong written content creation and concise documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform.
• Develop enablement materials: guides, use cases, videos, tips.
• Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, Communities of Practice.
• Support adoption with structured change management practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and AI tools; contribute to AI strategy.
