Data#3 in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team, supporting Microsoft Cloud environments across M365 and Azure.

This role suits someone with around two years in an IT outsourcing setting, who enjoys troubleshooting and building technical capability.

You will collaborate with technical teams, provide customer service, and mentor junior staff while contributing to incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ experience in an IT outsourcing environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies across M365 and Azure.
• Exposure to Microsoft Cloud certifications or related IT qualifications is valued.
• Familiarity with Premier Support and Microsoft support escalation processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and proactively analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, capacity, event and security monitoring.
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to problem resolution.
• Take ownership of customer requests and incidents through to completion.
• Collaborate with technical teams, presales and sales; mentor junior staff.
