ibis Perth, located in the heart of the Perth CBD, is seeking a commercially minded Sales Manager to drive growth in MICE and Groups on a flexible, part-time basis. You will manage inbound leads, conduct site inspections, and close opportunities while developing partnerships across local markets.

The role involves coordinating with Hotel Operations, Front Office, and F&B, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to weekly revenue strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel/venue/hospitality sales focusing on MICE or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Reliable and highly responsible.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads for meetings, conferences, and functions; prepare tailored proposals.
• Conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Proactively secure ad-hoc and series group bookings while nurturing relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local Perth CBD and WA markets.
• Partner with Operations, Front Office, and F&B for smooth handovers and event execution.
• Maintain sales tracking in CRM and participate in revenue/strategy meetings.
