Job summary

New Plumbing Solutions (NPS) is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Metering team in Sydney. Based at our Northmead Head Office, you will oversee the end-to-end job lifecycle from creation through to invoicing, coordinating field resources and ensuring timely completion.

You'll work closely with field teams, schedulers and clients to meet expectations, manage priorities and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in project coordination, invoicing or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with customer invoicing and accounts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with operational systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end job lifecycle from creation to field completion and invoicing.
• Coordinate sub-contractor incentives and provide weekly reporting to Operations Manager.
• Work with schedulers and leaders to plan field resources and capacity.
• Coordinate daily metering workloads and ensure timely completion.
• Act as a key contact for clients, field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Handle urgent/escalated jobs and keep stakeholders informed.
• Liaise with warehouse teams/suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are available.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate job records.
