Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory across WA. You will build relationships with retailers, execute replenishment, ticketing, planograms, and display builds while ensuring compliance and timely photo submissions.

The role offers flexible hours (10-14 per week), an immediate start, and a competitive hourly rate of $34.34 plus kilometres. Drivers license and a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated territory and build relationships with retailers.
• Execute planograms and display builds.
• Replenishment, ticketing, promotional space negotiation.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: Hocking and surrounds including Greenway, Kingsway

Hours: Average of 10-14 hours per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is essential

Essential: Drivers licence and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
