Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory and foster relationships with key retailers. This ongoing casual role covers replenishment, ticketing, displays, and product launches, across Rockhampton City and surrounds.

The successful candidate will have a current Australian driver’s license and vehicle, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are required.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform physical/repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms and set displays.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients professionally.
• Perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.

As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Rockhampton City and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15hours per week up to 30based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Mondayto Fridayavailability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms

• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:
