Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory in Launceston and surrounds. The role covers replenishment, ticketing, display builds and audits, with a focus on executing planograms and high-quality in-store displays.

You will work an average of 18 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum, primarily Tuesday to Friday. A current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are essential, and you should be comfortable with physical duties and daily

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor environments is desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong, friendly communication and attention to detail; ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in-store.
• Negotiate promotional space with retailers.
• Execute planograms and merchandising standards.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Launceston and surrounds

Hours: Average of 18 hours per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability needed, with Tuesday and Friday is essential

Essential: Drivers licence and car

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
