Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Cameron Park, NSW. You will build relationships with retailers, execute planograms, replenish stock, and set up displays to drive compliance and product launches.

This ongoing casual role offers average of 12-24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of 34.34 AUD plus kilometres. A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential to visit stores

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail environments is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail.
• Strong communication with store personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Drive relationships with store personnel.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG positively and professionally.
• Perform physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, lifting).

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Cameron Park and surrounds

Hours: Average of 12-24 hours per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Monday to Fridayavailability is essential;

Essential: Drivers licence and car

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strongrelationshipswith store personnel
• Building and maintainingquality displaysin store

• Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
