Job summary

Brand Influence Group in Nowra is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, building strong relationships with retailers and ensuring accurate merchandising. The role is casual, averages 17 hours per week, and demands Monday to Friday availability.

You will handle replenishment, ticketing, display builds, promotions and planograms, while submitting daily photos and reports. A valid Australian driver’s license and vehicle are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Driver license and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is highly desirable.
• Availability Monday to Friday is essential.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive duties of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with store personnel.
• Create and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space with retailers.
• Execute planograms to specification.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group and our clients professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive motions.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: NOWRA and surrounds

Hours: Average of 17 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
