Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser for Margaret River and surrounds. In this ongoing casual role you will manage an allocated territory, build relationships with key retailers, and ensure accurate replenishment, ticketing and display builds. You will participate in promotions and launches with a focus on compliance and quality.

Hours are 5-10 per week with flexible days. Drivers licence and car are essential; role is in-store with local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail environments is desirable.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
• Negotiating promotional space.
• Executing planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely performing physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Margaret River and surrounds

Hours: Average of 5-10hours per week based on business needs & open role (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Flexibility across Monday-Friday with Wednesday and Thursday essential

Essential: Drivers licence and car

• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
