Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage the Townsville territory, building relationships with key retailers and ensuring replenishment, ticketing, displays and launches are executed to standard.

The role requires 10–20 hours per week with Monday–Friday availability. You will perform in-store merchandising, take photos daily, and represent BIG professionally while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor experience desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive requirements.

Responsabilités

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Availability: Mondayto Fridayavailability is essential;
Essential:Drivers licence and car
Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strongrelationshipswith store personnel
• Building and maintainingquality displaysin store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
