Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, focusing on replenishment, ticketing, display builds, and compliance audits. You will foster relationships with key retailers and execute tasks across a territory that includes Ararat and surrounds, with an average of 16 hours per week based on business needs.

Availability on Wednesday to Friday is essential, with flexibility for Monday and Tuesday.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationships with store personnel and clients.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: ARARATand surrounds

Hours: Average of 16hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Wednesdayto Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMonday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
