Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Merchandiser to manage a designated territory and build strong retailer relationships. The casual role covers replenishment, ticketing, display builds, audits, and new product launches across Cameron Park and surrounds.

• Retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group (BIG) professionally.
• Perform the physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive motions.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory

CAMERON PARK and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to, Cameron Park, Cardiff, Edgeworth and Glendale)

Hours

Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Tuesdays to Fridays availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
