Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage GREEN VALLEY and surrounds, building strong retailer relationships and delivering precise in-store execution across replenishment, ticketing, displays and new product launches.

The role is 10 hours per week with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday availability; a valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle are essential. You’ll work autonomously to ensure compliant, eye-catching displays and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Driver license and own car.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive movements.
• Availability Tue/Wed/Thu.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: GREEN VALLEY and surrounds

Hours

Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
