Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage the Dubbo territory. This role focuses on replenishment, ticketing, display builds, and compliance audits while fostering retailer relationships.

Average 12 hours per week with essential Wednesday and Thursday availability; driving license and car are required. The position offers local work and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and rewards programs.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: DUBBO and surrounds

Hours: Average of 12 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday & Friday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
