Job summary

BIG Brand Influence Group is seeking a Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Kempsey and surrounds. The ongoing casual role covers replenishment, ticketing, displays, audits and new product launches to ensure operational excellence.

Average 15 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum. Availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays is essential; flexibility for Monday, Tuesday and Friday is highly regarded. A current Australian driver’s licence and car are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket experience preferred.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via mobile.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally.
• Perform physical tasks safely (standing, walking, bending, lifting).

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: KEMPSEY and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday, Tuesday and Friday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
