Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to manage the Tuggerah territory. You will foster relationships with retailers, ensure accurate replenishment, ticketing and display builds while adhering to planograms and promotional execution.

The role is casual with 8–10 hours per week, based on business needs, and requires a current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. You’ll need strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Wednesday to Friday availability is essential. (Role can be done in school hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
