Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Bondi and surrounds. You will build strong retailer relationships, ensure in-store displays, replenishment, ticketing and display builds, and contribute to launch activities.

Hours vary by area with Bondi 15 hours/week and other locations 8–15 hours/week; Monday to Friday availability and a valid Australian driver’s licence and car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to travel within Bondi and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space with store staff.
• Execute planograms to brand standards.
• Submit tasks and photo updates daily via smartphone.
• Represent BIG professionally and positively.
• Perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: BONDI and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

We are also looking for Merchandisers in the following areas:

• MAROUBRA

Hours: Average of 8-15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

• COOGEE

Hours: Average of 8-15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

• RANDWICK

Hours: Average of 10-15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability : Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday is essential. With availability on Mondays and Thursdays highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space

• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
