Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is hiring a BIG Merchandiser for an ongoing casual role in the Marsden region, Queensland. You will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers and ensuring operational excellence across replenishment, ticketing, displays, and launches.

An immediate start is available with flexible hours and an average of 15–20 hours per week. The role requires a current Australian driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain high-quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space to maximise visibility.
• Execute planograms as directed.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Safely performing physical requirements such as prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.
