Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) seeks a dedicated Merchandiser for GOULBURN and surrounds to manage allocated territory, focusing on replenishment, ticketing, displays, and launches.

The casual, ongoing role requires a Wednesday and Thursday schedule with flexibility. A valid Australian driver’s license and vehicle are essential, with competitive hourly pay and local roster advantages.

Qualifications

• Supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday & Thursday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
