Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will own the member journey from joiners to leavers, coach the team, and ensure quick responses to inquiries while achieving monthly targets.

You will mentor and train the MSC team, orchestrate rosters, and focus on member retention and growth budgets to elevate club performance and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with the ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of the selling cycle and upsell/cross-sell techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve retention metrics.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Ability to set and motivate others toward a goal.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team ensuring the club reaches monthly sales targets.
• Achieve your own individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team.
• Create a structure to ensure that the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that enquiries via phone, email or in person are responded to within 24 hours.
• Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster.
