Job summary
Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll own the member journey, coach staff, and implement strategies to attract and retain members while hitting sales targets.
You will empower your team with training, set clear goals, and foster a customer-centric culture across the club. This role offers uncapped commissions and a path to club leadership within a dynamic fitness group.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
- Understanding of the selling cycle and upsell/cross-sell techniques.
- Experience managing the customer journey to improve retention and outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and leading a team.
- Ability to set goals and motivate others.
- Comfort using business software systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
- Achieve individual and team monthly and annual sales targets.
- Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance criteria.
- Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team.
- Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
- Support Club/Regional Manager with growth initiatives.
- Support Club Manager in MSC fortnightly roster.
