Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia seeks a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering unforgettable member experiences across the club.

You will own the full member journey from joiners to leavers, coach staff to hit KPIs, provide sales training, pursue retention targets, and partner with Club and Regional Managers to implement growth initiatives across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs
• Understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve successful outcomes – retention metrics are valued
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Ability to set and motivate others towards goals
• Experience using business computer systems; First Aid and CPR certificates are current

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to reach monthly sales targets
• Achieve personal proportionate monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success
• Create a structure to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria
• Assist with delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours
• Support Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
• Support Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
