Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will coach, motivate, and equip your team with the skills to meet and exceed targets, ensuring outstanding service at the front desk and throughout the member journey.

In this role you’ll shape a culture that motivates new prospects to join and keeps current members engaged, with a focus on retention, training, and rostering.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI focus.
• Experience managing customer journey and retention metrics is valued.
• Experience mentoring a team and delivering sales training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve own monthly/annual sales targets to contribute to team success.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance.
• Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Ensure inquiries by phone/email/in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support Club/Regional Manager in driving membership growth.
• Support Club Manager in MSC rosters every fortnight.
