Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team and drive membership growth across the club. You’ll own the full member journey, coach the team to hit KPIs, and maintain exceptional front desk operations and service standards.

You will motivate and mentor staff, deliver sales training, and implement retention initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and member satisfaction. The role offers base salary with uncapped commissions and valuable club perks.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring a team to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of selling cycles and up-selling/cross-selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve individual and team monthly/annual sales targets.
• Create structures to ensure the MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager with growth initiatives.
• Support Club Manager in MSC fortnightly roster planning.
