Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager in Australia to lead a high-energy MSC team, drive membership growth, and elevate member experiences. You’ll own the member journey, coach staff, and ensure top-notch service at the front desk while meeting sales targets.

You will mentor the team, implement retention strategies, and shape initiatives to boost revenue. The role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to club management.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI delivery.
• Understanding of selling cycles and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey to improve retention and outcomes.
• Experience mentoring a team and setting clear goals.
• Ability to motivate others and operate business systems efficiently.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily MSC team's workflow to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal monthly/annual sales targets to support the team.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance criteria are met.
• Assist in delivering sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve monthly member retention and growth budgets.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in growth initiatives.
• Support Club Manager in MSC roster planning every fortnight.
