Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager in Brisbane to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will mentor staff, optimise the member journey, and align sales with retention strategies to keep clubs buzzing.

You will coach, train, and enable your team to smash KPIs, while staying hands-on with sales and customer service excellence across inquiries and club operations.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and up-/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience managing the customer journey to improve retention.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Ability to motivate others toward goals.
• Experience using business computer systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Achieve own monthly and annual sales targets to support team success.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance.
• Deliver sales training to develop MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email or in person within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager to drive membership growth.
• Assist with MSC fortnightly roster.
