Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Proven sales capability.
• Problem-solving mindset to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and new business opportunities.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Involve in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to upsell club products.
