Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions for potential members.
• Gift for communication to inspire action.
• Drive with goal-focused mindset and continuously looking for ways to excel.
• Team player who can rally through hard times and celebrate success.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport across backgrounds and help members achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Answer enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Be actively involved in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to recommend club-based products.
