Family Business Association in Melbourne is seeking a Membership Engagement Officer to strengthen communications, engagement and CRM operations for its Australian member base. You will help deliver targeted outreach, supporting member acquisition, retention and program participation.

The role involves maintaining CRM data, building engagement pipelines, and using segmentation to tailor messages. A 4+ year background in membership, communications or related executive assistant work is valued.

• 4+ years in membership, customer engagement or communications.
• Experience with CRM systems and member communications is highly regarded.
• Able to learn, think critically and take initiative.
