The Returned and Services League of Australia – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Membership & Engagement Coordinator to deliver a seamless membership experience for veterans, families and sub-Branches. This hands-on role blends membership operations, CRM administration and engagement campaigns, with a focus on accurate records and responsive support.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership administration or coordination, customer service, stakeholder coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence using databases, CRM platforms or similar systems.
• A warm, professional and responsive approach to member service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and an interest in continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate membership applications, renewals, transfers, reinstatements and member record updates using Dynamics 365.
• Provide responsive, professional support to members and RSL NSW sub-Branches.
• Maintain accurate membership records, support data quality and contribute to regular reporting.
• Coordinate membership cards, badges, welcome packs and other member materials.
• Support member communications, renewal reminders, campaigns and engagement activities.
• Prepare membership reports and help identify trends and opportunities to improve the member experience.
• Provide practical guidance to sub-Branches using membership systems and processes.
• Work collaboratively across RSL NSW to improve membership services, communications and ways of working.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen member engagement and retention.
