Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking a Membership Administration Officer in West Melbourne to support day-to-day administration of membership services, CRM management and member communications. The role focuses on accuracy, timely responses, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance member experience.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with experience in membership or association environments, capable of handling multiple systems, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable experience in administration or membership support.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or membership platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process membership applications, renewals and updates.
• Maintain CRM and membership records for accuracy.
• Handle member inquiries via phone and email.
• Support onboarding and renewal processes for members.
