The Australian Medical Association (NSW) is seeking a Membership and Growth Manager to lead the membership team and drive growth, engagement, retention and customer service excellence. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role reporting to the Leadership Team and working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation.

Based in St Leonards, NSW, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to AMA NSW’s ongoing success while building relationships with members, partners and stakeholders

About The Role

The Membership and Growth Manager will lead AMA (NSW)’s membership team to drive membership growth, member engagement, retention and customer service excellence. As a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, the Membership and Growth Manager will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and colleagues across the organisation. This is a high impact, broad and hands‑on role with the opportunity to directly contribute to the ongoing success of AMA NSW.

• Build trusted relationships with members, stakeholders and partners, representing AMA NSW
