Job summary

BK Gym & Swim seeks a proactive Customer Service Officer to support reception, merchandising and sales for members and casual users. You will deliver first-class service, process payments, and promote memberships in a community-focused environment.

Applicants should have computer literacy, familiarity with POS software, and a friendly, energetic work style; CPR, Police Check and Working with Children Check are noted requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering first-class customer service and handling payments.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic software packages.
• CPR certificate and background checks may be required.
• Experience in leisure or community services is desirable.
• Ability to promote services and assist with bookings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Apply cash handling principles and use POS systems accurately.
• Inform about memberships and sell renewals or new memberships.
• Promote centre services and process bookings/enrolments.
• Build good relations with customers and promote public relations.
• Open/close the centre in line with security procedures.
