Fitness First is actively seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) in Melbourne to drive membership growth through proactive outreach and exceptional member service. You will engage with the community, convert interest to sign-ups, and build lasting member relationships to inspire ongoing fitness journeys.

The role focuses on welcoming prospective members, delivering engaging presentations, and supporting retention through personalised experiences across our clubs.

Qualifikationen

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Address enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regularly service new and existing members, recommending club products to boost results.
