Job summary

Fitness First in Melbourne seeks an energetic Member Support Consultant to drive sales, engage with the community and guide new and existing members on their fitness journey.

You will lead proactive outreach, presentations and tours, creating positive member experiences while building lasting relationships with the club's community. This role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and career growth opportunities within Fitness First.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• A problem-solving mindset to meet member needs.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire action.

• Customer focused to build rapport and help members achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members motivated.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and boost results.
